Questions We Get a Lot
The furniture sets in this collection use weather-resistant wicker frames and cushions rated for outdoor exposure. Cushion depth on select sets runs six inches, which requires adequate drainage and airflow to dry properly after rain. For long-term care, storing cushions under cover during extended wet periods will extend their usable life.
The grill islands in this collection are propane-powered, with burner counts ranging from four to six depending on the configuration. Each island is a self-contained unit with dedicated connections for a propane supply; no natural gas line is required. Countertop materials include granite on select models, and integrated components such as sinks and refrigeration are built into the island frame.
The cold plunge tubs in this collection use insulated lids designed to reduce heat transfer between sessions. Drop-stitch construction on select models provides structural rigidity without a rigid shell, and capacity on the larger format reaches 216 gallons. An external chiller or ice is required to bring and hold water to the desired temperature; the lid retains that temperature between uses.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery; full terms are detailed in the Return Policy on this site. Shipping is free on most orders within the continental U.S., excluding Alaska and Hawaii. For items that ship freight due to size or weight, the return process and any associated logistics are outlined in the Return Policy.
About Our Best Sellers
Outdoor living products solve a specific problem: extending the usable square footage of a home beyond its interior walls. A well-specified patio set, an outdoor kitchen, a sauna, or a cold plunge tub each claims a portion of the yard or deck and gives it a defined function. The buyer in this category is typically working with a fixed footprint and needs products whose dimensions, material ratings, and output specifications match the environment they are building into. Weather resistance matters for furniture and kitchen components exposed to temperature swings and precipitation. Heater wattage and chamber size determine how quickly a sauna reaches working temperature. Insulation quality determines how long a cold plunge holds its temperature between sessions. Granite, cedar, stainless, and drop-stitch materials each carry different maintenance requirements and longevity profiles. Choosing well means reading the specifications carefully and matching them to the actual conditions of your outdoor space.
